How the quiz works
It's the only Halloween quiz played as a couple only, because a duo is something you compose. Each of you answers the same fifteen questions separately, and the result is calculated in two steps.
First, each person's role. The questions tell the story of a Halloween night heist: 'The alarm goes off. Obviously.', 'In the getaway truck:', 'The police knock on the door. You open:'. Each answer weighs on one or two of the duo's six roles, and the heaviest role becomes yours.
Then, the duo. Each pair of roles matches a famous villain duo: chaos and heart give the Joker and Harley Quinn, heart and muscle give Bonnie and Clyde, brains and muscle give Darth Vader and the Emperor. Every combination is covered, including the same role twice.
On a single phone, the first player answers the whole series then passes the phone to the second. Remotely, each of you answers on your own and you see both answers after each question.
The six roles of a villain duo
In every villain duo, from movies to cartoons, you find the same roles. The quiz distinguishes six.
The nine possible duos
The Joker and Harley Quinn, Bonnie and Clyde, Jessie and James of Team Rocket, Darth Vader and the Emperor, Voldemort and Bellatrix, Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy, Pinky and the Brain, Wario and Waluigi, Magneto and Mystique. Each duo has its card: what you have in common with the way they work, and a tip for Halloween night.
If you'd rather know each one's villain first, taken separately, the quiz about the supervillain you're most like gives one portrait per person. And for a full evening, which of you dies first in a horror movie and who could get possessed chain nicely afterwards.
All the seasonal quizzes are on our special quizzes page; the rest of the year, our couple games take over.
What you should know
The characters belong to their creators. The duo images are illustrations made for the page, not images from the movies or games. And the heist of the century stays imaginary.
Nothing is saved: the answers stay on your phones. Only the duo obtained is counted, with no first name, to display one day how the results are distributed.
