3. Hosting Provider

Data hosting: The database, private files (PDF reports) and server functions are hosted by Supabase, Inc., acting as a processor under the GDPR. Payments for the relationship assessment are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Dublin, Ireland) and emails are sent by Resend, Inc. (United States).

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Quiz Couple website, including but not limited to texts, images, graphics, logo, icons, sounds and software, is the exclusive property of Thomas Owaller, except for trademarks, logos or content belonging to other partner companies or authors.

Any reproduction, distribution, modification, adaptation, retransmission or publication, even partial, of these elements is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of Thomas Owaller.

5. Third-party services

The Quiz Couple website uses the following third-party services:

• Google Analytics 4: For the site's anonymised audience measurement. Analytics cookies are only placed after consent, collected by a platform certified under IAB TCF v2.2 and passed to Google through Consent Mode v2.
• Supabase: For storing published reviews, messages sent through the contact form and technical anti-duplicate data. Supabase acts as a processor under the GDPR.
• GitHub Pages: For serving the site's pages, which are static files delivered from GitHub's network.
• Stripe: For paying for the relationship assessment, on Stripe's secure page. We never have access to card details.
• Resend: For sending the site's emails: the assessment report, the e-book, and the emails you signed up for.

6. Limitation of Liability

Quiz Couple makes every effort to provide users with available and verified information and tools. However, it cannot be held responsible for errors, unavailability of information or the presence of viruses on its site.

The free tests, quizzes and games, like the paid relationship assessment, are tools for information and discussion. They are in no way professional advice, whether psychological, medical, legal or financial, nor a diagnosis, and no result guarantees anything about a relationship or its future.

The decisions each person makes in their life based on a result or a report (staying together, separating, marrying, having a child, moving, spending) are their sole responsibility, and the publisher is not answerable for them. For the paid relationship assessment, the terms of sale set out the nature of the service, the right of withdrawal and the legal guarantee of conformity.

7. Hyperlinks

The Quiz Couple website may contain hyperlinks to other sites. However, Thomas Owaller is not able to verify the content of sites visited in this way and therefore disclaims all liability for any potential risks of illegal content.

8. Affiliate links

Quiz Couple takes part in affiliate programmes. In practice, some links on the site point to partners, and a purchase made after following one of those links may earn us a commission. The price you pay is exactly the same either way.

We would rather say so plainly than let you work it out. Every page that carries this kind of link shows a visible notice, right where the link appears, so you always know what you are dealing with before you click.

These partnerships never decide what we write. We only keep partners whose offer relates directly to couple life, whose quality we would consider good enough to recommend to someone close to us, and who stay in line with the site's editorial stance. A partner that no longer meets those conditions is dropped, commission or not.

9. Applicable Law

These legal notices are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable solution, the competent courts are those designated by law, without depriving a consumer of the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence.
